Title: Thank you, Dr. Liberman! My Vision is Improving.

Review: This revolutionary approach to vision deserves to be better known. The optometrist and ophthalmology professions give up on our vision without trying, assuming that vision is just a physical matter of optics, that cannot be improved. Liberman has spent a career disproving that assumption. I am very impressed with his whole-person approach to vision, and this book has led me to revisit the "scene of the crime," when emotional trauma pushed me, as a child, to stop seeing clearly to protect myself. I was diagnosed with cataracts recently, and the eye docs - like so many other "professionals" who stand to gain from our disabilities - said that surgery was the only answer. Instead, I am spending time without my glasses, and my vision is improving. I am going back into my memory and healing my inner child, and the cataract is beginning to clear up. Thank you, Dr. Liberman!

Title: Not healed but had great experiences

Review: I read the book and really put a lot of effort into it. Being a highly nearsighted person, -11.5 LE and -10 RE, i spent 3 months strugling without the use of any glasses neither contact lenses and i was able to reduce my condition on -2.5 on each eye, so now i use glasses with a reduced prescription.
During the process i was able to get my eyesight not blurry for closer and still blurry for farther. The truth is that for a nearsighted person as i am, it is very hard to function without any prescription glasses or contact lenses. It was a daily strugle that i decided to end due to not much improvement.
The reason that i am writing this review and why i am giving 4 stars on this book is to help young children or people with lesser prescription than me to try this method, because i believe that it is possible to lose your glasses for good or perhaps never use a pair of glasses! THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF ALL IS THAT YOU WILL HAVE TO STOP USING YOUR GLASSES IN ORDER TO SEE ANY BENEFITS.
I also had impressive moments of great view when my eyes were overly relaxed, but those moments didn't last for long. During those moments i could understand that our brain sees it not our eyes, the perfect "eyesight" is in there at all moments! Another important thing to consider is that after seeing this improvements i try to take my glasses off as often as i can in order to help on my eyesight. During my experiement i also noticed that if you put your glasses on even for a short period of time, it is enough to get your vision blurry in no time, so stop using glasses or contacts if you want to see any improvements. Title: Fabulous! Extremely valuable book! My vision is improving

Review: For 3 months now I have been on a journey of natural eyesight improvement. I have learned plenty about eyesight from a different holistic optometrist and nutritionist .I have been doing eye exercices , became mostly vegetarian for the past year but the hardest part toward recovery is the emotional part. I got this book hoping it would help me understand more about the mental/emotional side of eyesight problems. So while reading this book I realized I already knew and had been practicing most of the eye exercises. This book just offered a different perspective . But the most valuable part of this book is that it deepened the knowledge I already had about natural vision improvement and it added more information to what I already know. there were many times when I couldn't put it down because I was so impressed to realize how things work. While it does focus more on the nearsightedness which is not my situation, I did appreciate the emotional insight . I highly recommend the book . If you have no knowledge on this matter , it will change your life. If you are like me and you already started a journey of eyesight improvement, this book will deepen your understanding. Thank you Dr L for sharing this precious information with us. Fabulous book ! Absolutely loved seeing the perspective of an optometrist! Again! I already started doing the things he tells us to do 3 months prior to reading this book. This book confirmed I was doing the right thing switching from contacts to glasses , and wearing the glasses as little as possible only when needed. I already went down from +3 and +5.25 to +2.50 at each eye. In. just 3 months. Getting close to being able to read with +2 soon.

Title: It works if YOU work it!

Review: This book is not for everyone and your results may vary, but for me this was a life changing book. I was beyond 20/200 with severe astigmatism, keratoconus, and glaucoma. Worse than all that was the hypnosis glasses had put me under all my life, until I read this book a few years ago. Taking off my glasses was difficult to do for many reasons, but I was shocked at the psychological effects. Liberman's book helped me focus on vision, not sight. Being open not shielded. It is NOT just a book about take off your spectacles, and it is a spectacular book. Do the work, and re-imagine your vision of the world... I hope you get similar or even better results than me :)

Review: Thanks to Dr. Liberman's advice, I'm off corrective lenses. I did the effortless learning exercises in the back, too, and had some great insights into just how tenacious my ego is. I recommend this book regularly.

Title: Eyes to See....

Review: If one has "eyes to see" (a mind's eye that's active), this is an amazing and challenging book. It reminds me of a few lines in "Aurora Lee", by Elizabeth Barrett Browning: "Earth's filled with heaven, and every common bush afire with God; but only he who sees takes off his shoes". I "see", but still have the challenge of "taking off my shoes" in this physical world of distractions and the minutia of everyday life. May God grant me the ability to take a quantum leap!!
